Bathmate and Penis Enhancement Introduction

Background: In high school, I was known as the guy with the big dick. Girls would say it barely fit in their mouths, or they'd complain that it hurt when we had sex, or just that it was big and felt good. Despite this, I wasn't a monster by any measure. I was, on a good day, just over 7 inches long and just over 5 inches in girth. If I were to put exact numbers on it, I'd say I was 7.25 x 5.5. The fact that girls thought this was huge shows that many guys lie about being 7 inches or bigger (no shit) and that 5.5 in girth is big - 93rd percentile actually. Anyway, after high school, I started smoking weed, cigarettes, gained weight (I had previously been a football player, baseball player, MMA fighter and a very amateur traceur. I was in fit as fuck.) and started drinking. All of these things must have had a deleterious effect on my penis size, because now I'm 6 inches erect (non-bone pressed length, or, NBPL) and 5.13 in girth. While this isn't below average and I haven't really had any complaints, I'm not happy with it, so I've decided to change it. Or at least, see if change is possible.

Methodology: I've looked into several penis enhancement methods, such as jelqing (and it's variations), stretching, and pumping. Anyone reading this is encouraged to become familiar with these methods, as all of them seem to have their merits, at least to a certain extent. After reading as much about them as I felt necessary, I ended up ordering a Bathmate Hydropump X40. I got the Bathmate mainly for gains in girth, which women admit is more pleasurable than length. However, length is still important to me, so I found what seemed to be a reasonable penis stretching program and will be including that in my penis enhancement routine.

Routine: Here is the routine I'll be following:


  • Bathmate: 2 days on, 1 day off. 
    • Week 1: Enter with 0% erection for 8 minutes.
    • Week 2: Enter with 0% erection for 10 minutes.
    • Week 3: Enter with 70% erection for 12 minutes.
    • Week 4+: Enter with 100% erection for 15 minutes.

  • Stretching: 1 day on, 2 days off.
    • Week 1: Stretch for 10 minutes.
    • Week 2: Stretch for 15 minutes.
    • Week 3+: Stretch for 20 minutes.

Pre-Penis Enhancement Measurements

  • Flaccid:
    • NBPL - 3.5 inches (59th percentile)*
    • BPL - 4.25 inches (90th percentile) 
    • Girth - 4.31 inches (n/a) 

  • Erect:
    • NBPL - 6 inches (62nd percentile) 
    • BPL - 6.5 inches (82nd percentile) 
    • Girth - 5.13 inches (84th percentile) 

*These percentile ranks are from www.howlongismyschlong.com, which uses data from 3 scientific studies on penis size to classify size by percentile. The studies are not based on self-reported size, but on measurements made by researchers under controlled conditions.
