Day 3 Log of Bathmate Penis Enhancement Routine

Notes:
Today was a stretching only day, so no Bathmate. I just did the recommended stretching routine I had found online, which was this:

  • Pull down towards my left butt cheek for 30 seconds
  • Pull down towards my right but cheek for 30 seconds
  • Pull straight down for 30 seconds while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
  • Pull straight away from body left for 30 seconds
  • Pull straight away from body right for 30 seconds
  • Pull straight away from body for 30 second while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
  • Pull up and to the left for 30 seconds
  • Pull up and to the right for 30 seconds
  • Pull straight up for 30 seconds while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
  • Total of two sets of all of the above. One after the other, then repeat. 9 minutes total.

Measurements

  • Flaccid:
    • NBPL - 3.5 inches (59th percentile)* 
    • BPL - 4.25 inches (90th percentile) 
    • Girth - 4.31 inches (n/a)

  • Erect:
    • NBPL - 6 inches (62nd percentile)
