Today was a stretching only day, so no Bathmate. I just did the recommended stretching routine I had found online, which was this:
- Pull down towards my left butt cheek for 30 seconds
- Pull down towards my right but cheek for 30 seconds
- Pull straight down for 30 seconds while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
- Pull straight away from body left for 30 seconds
- Pull straight away from body right for 30 seconds
- Pull straight away from body for 30 second while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
- Pull up and to the left for 30 seconds
- Pull up and to the right for 30 seconds
- Pull straight up for 30 seconds while rotating clockwise for 15, then counter clockwise for 15
- Total of two sets of all of the above. One after the other, then repeat. 9 minutes total.
